Any sensitive data and passwords are encrypted and our data server has no direct or physical connection to the internet, so it cannot be accessed from any external source. Data is continuously backed up onto a second secure server, so in the event of server failure, all data is secure.

By choosing Go Cardless you opt to pay via a one off direct debit from your bank without giving CiD your bank details. The usual direct debit guarantees apply.
